            Personal confidence and motivation in the business world is very necessery, when people are confident and motivated at work, there are many positive factors that result in workplace. There are a lot of theories regarding personal confidence; Self-Confidence, Self-Esteem, and Self-Efficacy. Self-Confidence can be boiled down to the belief that the person has it in their ability to successed at a task, based on wheter or not they have been able to perform the task in the past. Self-Esteem is capacity to respect and think well of yourself. Self-Efficacy is related to our judgements about our own capabiities  and what we believe we are or we are not able  to do with those capabilities.
Theories regarding motivation. First Herzberg’s Motivational Theory, studied of how a worker’s work environment would affect his work by causing satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Second Vroom’s Expectancy Theory, effort as being the result of motivation, which led to performence and then the resulting outcomes of that performance.
10 tips to improve self confidence instantly. First is Dress Up, when you feel that you look your best, you are more likely to carry yourself with more confidence. Second is Step up the Pace, you can feel more confident by walking with purpose wherever you go. Walk about 25% faster than you normally would, with your head up and your energy flowing. Third is Whatch your Posture; practice good posture to feel more allert, more confident, and more powerfull. Fourth is Personal Advertisement, is a one minute or less speech that you write about yourself and all your strength and abilities so you can refer to it whenever you need a confidence boost. Fifth is Practice Gratitude, write down at least five things every day that you are grateful for and you will be training yourself to stayed focused on the positive in your life and about yourself.
Sixth is Pay People Compliment, try desanging from the negative influence of gossip and instead focused on the positive in others by paying them compliments. Seventh is Sit Up Front, sit in the front row to practice allaying fears of being noticed by other people and to start feeling more confident. Eighth is Speak Up, we usually amplify the fear the speaking in front of others in our own mind-particularly because most other people are likely dealing with the same fear. Ninth is Exercise; exercise is not only relieves stress, but achieving your phisycal fitness goals is an excellent way to feel better about your abilities. And last, tenth is Focus on Contributing; when you shift your focus to what you give instead of what you get or how you are perceived, you will stop worrying so much about yourself.
